A 15-30 second blurb that everyone in the organization can memorize and use to avoid wasting that precious sales opportunity -- any connection with a living breathing human being.
Having an elevator speech docuemented really helps your team stay on the same page. Although they may not deliver it exactly -- having the same starting point keeps the message contained.
